We've had an alarm system with EPS for years now and have always been very pleased so we were excited to hear they now offer whole house water filtration systems. We've always wanted one but never got around to doing the research on a system, figuring out how to install it etc. Well EPS quite literally did all the work for us. Tim didn't really have to "sell" it to us because we already wanted it but nonetheless he left us speechless with the free consultation and testing of our water. I can guarantee you you'll be shocked too! We got our system installed within a few days and we have all been so much happier knowing we are drinking, bathing, and cleaning with the best water. Everyone needs a water filtration system but I'm thrilled we chose EPS because their employees feel more like family than salespeople, they are extremely professional, always on time, and always on top of communication. Truthfully we couldn't be more pleased!

Ben was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable when coming to consult about a new home security system. He did not try to sell things that weren't needed and the prices were phenomenal. Jayce and Garrett were courteous, friendly, and respectful when coming out to install the security system. The cameras are super clear (even at night) and the smartphone app is as user friendly as can be. Prices were extremely reasonable and affordable. Overall the experience was as positive as I could have hoped for!

Called Protection Systems Inc. Mitchell he came out quickly and advised me on the best updated system and most affordable and also what to do just to fix the existing one I have just to get by and left the choice to me. He did not try to sale me an expensive systems I didn't need but rather gave me honest choices. After making my decision Terry the well experienced Tech came out and quickly fixed my present system, he was very helpful explaining and showing us what's wrong and doing the repair again not trying to sale or install equipment we didn't need. Both of these guys were some of the best Sales and Teck's I have met and have respect for both and Protection Systems company because the way they handled my situation. I probably will upgrade at some date and they will be the ones I call the only ones. I recommend them to everyone that wants fare and good service and good honest people.

Loving my new alarm system! The home automation is my favorite part. I unlock my door and my security system automatically disarms. The doorbell camera is great. The technician was amazing, and I find it to be extremely affordable, and they warrantied all of my equipment for life.

I have been using this company for about 10 years now. In every interaction I have had with them it has always been A+. When I call to test my system they are always polite and prompt. I had an issue with my system once and they responded quickly and repaired it that day. Just today I changed my homeowners insurance from one company to another and needed an alarm certificate. When I called I spoke to Maggie Elliott, explained what I needed and within 2 minutes had exactly what I needed in my inbox. I forwarded that to my insurance company and task was complete from start to finish in under 5 minutes. Maggie was very polite, courteous and professional. In these days where so many companies are really lacking in customer service, Protection Systems Inc. is the exception to that and that is very much appreciated. Their service is great and the rates are the best around. I highly recommend giving them a call for your alarm and security needs. They are by far the best I have ever dealt with.
